About Us

Hi, we’re Connor and Emily! We’ve been married for just over a year, but our story together actually began in 2019 on a mission trip through All 4 Jesus Belize with our home church, Germantown Baptist. That trip changed everything—Connor sensed God’s call into full-time international missions, and Emily, who had already been to Belize several times, felt the Lord continue preparing her heart for long-term service.

Since then, Belize has become a place we return to year after year. In 2021, Connor interned for All 4 Jesus Belize, and that season helped confirm our calling to missions. Now, we’re stepping out in faith together, moving to Belize full-time to serve through local church ministry and to help lead a college internship program. We’ve seen firsthand how life-changing these internships can be, and we’re excited to help students discover how God can use their passions and guide their next steps in following Him.

We truly believe God has knit our hearts to Belize for a specific purpose. Our prayer is to live sent, to see the lost reached, students equipped, and the local church strengthened as we serve in this new season.
